You should receive your tax forms by January 31. Paper copies are sent to your address on file and digital copies will be available in Online Banking. If you need to update your address on file, do so by logging into your account and clicking Edit Profile. You can also contact us.

BECU is working with TurboTax to offer our members up to $20 in savings when you file. In order to qualify for the TurboTax discount, you must complete your taxes using the BECU TurboTax site. Your discount will automatically be applied during the checkout process when you file your tax return with TurboTax through this link.
Absolutely. Tax documents are available as of January 31, and can be found in Online Banking.
If you're signed up for eStatements, log into Online Banking and look for link on the right side of the page that says “View Tax Statements.”
Not signed up for eStatements? BECU tax forms will be mailed to you by January 31.
Didn't receive them? Give us a call at 800-233-2328, or stop by a nearby BECU location.
If you earned more than $10 in interest, tax forms will either be available electronically in Online Banking if you are enrolled in eStatements or mailed to you by the end of January.
If you are looking for your Interest Summary information, log in to online banking and select the Accounts tab in the top menu and then choose “Interest Summary”. This page will display last calendar year's dividends or interest, as well as the current year's year-to-date dividends or interest.
- 1098: Forms for reporting interest paid throughout the year, typically on mortgages, home equity, or reporting education expenses.
- 1099: Forms for reporting various types of income that can't be summarized as a traditional employment wage, including contractor work, freelance work, interest and dividends income, government payouts, retirement account withdrawals, and debt cancellation.
